DEPOSIT is half list price payable with signed booking form, unless the holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before the start date when full list price is payable.
BALANCE PAYMENT is due 6 weeks before the start date of the booking.
A BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of £100 is payable 7 days before the commencement of the holiday.
All electricity, hot water, heating and bed linen included. There is full oil fired central heating and an open fire in the living room for which wood and coal is provided.
Christmas 2025
Christmas can be booked for 5, 6 or 7 nights, to finish not later than 29th December.
5 nights – £1650. 6 nights – £1850. 7 nights – £2000.
New Year 25/26
Booking to start from 29th December. Available for 4, 5, 6, or 7 nights.
4 nights £1600. 5 nights £1800. 6 nights £2000. 7 nights £2200.
