A traditional 5 bedroom farmhouse in a superb location, ideal for walking, cycling, touring or just taking it easy in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Accommodation and facilities including free wifi provide comfort, practicality and outstanding value for groups, larger families and shared holidays.
Large Sitting Room with comfortable and spacious seating , open fire, CD player and echo dot with Spotify, Widescreen colour television, DVD and DVD collection with catch-up tv and Netflix.
A Games Room which includes a full size table-tennis table, six foot snooker table, boules and board games.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom 1
Ensuite with bath and shower, Double, and single, with pull out bed under the single. This raises to the same height as all the other beds and can be moved into another room if required.

Family room with 3 single beds.

Double.

Family room with 3 single beds.

There is in addition a double bed settee in the living room.

The Kitchen
The Farmhouse Dining Kitchen includes an electric cooker, extra cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and extra large dining table. Thoughtfully equipped and with ample kitchenware.
There is a separate drying rom with separate heating, washing machine, tumble drier, airer, extra large fridge freezer.
The Garden
The Garden has garden furniture, a barbeque and plenty of level enclosed space for the children. There are also stores for coal and wood (included) and parking area.
Floor Plan
Most guests find the Floor Plan above very helpful, it shows the layout of the rooms in the farmhouse. The double bed-settee is not marked on the plan, but is in the living room. The folding bed can be placed in any room.
